HALF RUNNERS - NIKE

The Speed Project is the legendary race between Los Angeles and Las Vegas. It’s a challenge for teams who have to run the whole distance non-stop in relays.

Because of the COVID situation around the world, the organisers launched a worldwide challenge so each team could run the race in their own country.

A dozen Spanish teams met in La Molina to get from the Pyrenees to Barcelona in 48 hours.

 

Nike Running and the Soon in Tokyo agency contacted us as an audiovisual production company to immortalise the story of the Half Runners team in this adventure. The team consisted of six young women who had started running quite recently. They had little experience but a great deal of guts, showing that, with teamwork, anything can be achieved. Not only did they finish the challenge, they also gave us all a lesson in attitude and overcoming difficulties.
